To be considered for this role you’ll ideally:
- Love the idea of being an integral part of this very special business
- Have excellent customer relationship management, analytical and negotiation skills
- Be confident in your ability strategically optimise opportunities and sales potential.
- Be proactive, enjoy using your strong business acumen and have a proven track record developing, implementing and achieving a B2B sales strategy
- Be confident negotiating terms of trade, conducting post season reviews and creating seasonal sell plans.
- Experience with CRM (Hubspot), Cin-7 Core, Klaviyo and Asana (Team Collaboration) or similar systems.
- Have experience working in international markets, with existing relationships in retail and distribution in Australia and/or globally.
- Be prepared (and enthusiastic) to travel from time to time within NZ and to Australia. (Full drivers license required)
