As their new retail multi-site manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with a collaborative office team including the Director and Founder herself, to drive sales through excellent customer service
  • Always being customer centric, managing and prioritising the customer experience in-store and online, as well as supporting store teams to do the same.
  • Leading, coaching and motivating the retail team to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional KPI results
  • Managing stock issues and feedback to head office.
  • Managing the daily store operations including effective rostering, cost management, visual merchandising, budgets, and retail store deliverables
  • Recruiting, onboarding, training and supporting people to be their best
  • Driving change, accountability and thinking outside the box to achieve results and deliver handbag happiness into the hands of customers

To be considered for this role, you’ll ideally:

  • You’ll absolutely love fashion and be excited to contribute your brilliant retail management skills to this wonderful business
  • You’ll enjoy working in a hands on, collaborative environment, happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into tasks and projects
  • Can identify missed opportunities and a great track record in driving sales and achieving KPIs.
  • Have great communication skills with the ability to be a leader and build good relationships
  • Be proactive, perhaps innovative and creative too
