An incredible opportunity for an E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager

- This is a highly influential role, you’ll take the lead on managing, maintaining and driving the growth of SABEN’s ecommerce business locally and into global markets.
- Contributing towards marketing and content strategy, you’ll be reporting directly to a very talented CMO and working alongside the Founder and Creative Director. You’ll be creatively and commercially inspired!
- You’ll get to make a real impact, shaping and enhancing their customer experience – overseeing the customer loyalty program, managing online projects and creating, managing and optimising digital assets for seasonal launches across different platforms
- You’ll enjoy being part of a talented, fun, loyal and collaborative team – and you’ll be well supported to achieve great things!
To be considered for this role you’ll:
- Absolutely love the idea of being an integral part of this very special business
- Bring 3-5 years of experience in a similar role – be proactive, commercially astute and confident in your ability
- Be able to direct and manage digital support agencies
- Enjoy a down to earth and hands on working environment
You’ll ideally have expertise in:
- Klaviyo email marketing, including campaign creation, segmentation, automation, and performance analysis
- Shopify, including store set up, customisation, and basic development
- Digital marketing channels, including paid search (Google Ads), social media advertising, and SEO
- Interpreting digital behaviour with experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Copywriting with basic graphic design skills
