As their new  Australian Sales/Territory Manager, amongst other things you’ll be:

  • Taking on the responsibility of implementing, testing and improving their fabulous business model
  • Building supplier relationships, driving customer sales and overseeing and delivering an exceptional experience all round
  • Meeting ‘real people’ face to face and converting qualified sales leads into new, impressed customers
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement – and working collaboratively with the New Zealand leadership team to make this vision a commercial reality

To be considered for this role you’ll ideally:

  • Have experience in retail or franchise multi-site management,  account or portfolio management – or other relevant experience
  • Have brilliant relationship building skills and your approach to sales will be in the genuine interests of the  customer
  • Love the idea of being part of an incredible adventure and you’ll be motivated to make your mark
  • Have an innovative mindset
  • Have outstanding people and relationship management skills with the ability to negotiate, lead and influence others
