Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong and productive working relationships across the executive and operations teams
- Determining the capacity of the retail store workload
- Leading continuous improvement plans
- Labour Scheduling and management
- Managing key projects
- Developing, testing and implementing a new workload capacity model
- Finding ways to maximise productivity across the brand
- Leading a team of high performers, keen to make their mark
To be considered for this role you will ideally:
- Be an experienced leader with very strong communication skills
- Be a strategic thinker and a great planner
- Have a strong understanding of retail store labour management and scheduling
