An exciting opportunity has arisen to take on the management role of a downtown store! Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate store manager to take on their Wellington store. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior assistant manager to finally take that step into a store management role or for a store manager who is wanting to make their mark and really show what they can do.

Based in the city centre, you will be in the heart of Wellington’s CBD! 

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Training and development of your small team
  • Driving sales and KPI’s
  • Striving to achieve above and beyond budget!
  • Executing the visual merchandising and maintaining excellent store standards
  • Managing the rosters
  • Responsible for stock control and inventory

To be successful in the role, you will be;

  • A self- motivated and driven manager
  • Have experience in either a senior assistant management or store management role
  • An enthusiastic and positive team player
  • A retail superstar! You will be able to sell and have proven sales results
  • Be keen to progress your retail career
  • Have a great eye for visual merchandising

You will be rewarded with a good salary base plus an excellent bonus structure! Not to mention a 9.30am daily start and one weekend off per month.
