We are recruiting for an experienced fashion or apparel store manager, who is operationally sound and ready to take a step into a senior leadership role. This is a rapidly expanding business with so many opportunities to grow and progress your career.

Perhaps you are an experienced manager who has been in the same role for a long time and is ready for an exciting challenge? Or you are a cluster or area manager who wants to transition into a new and exciting international brand? Either way, this is a rare and exciting opportunity for the right candidate!

In this role, you will be:

  • Coaching and leading a large team
  • In an operationally challenging role, working with high volume and quick stock turnover
  • Managing and assistant manager, two department managers, a visual merchandiser and a stock manager… as well as the full and part-time sales team
  • Part of the New Zealand senior leadership team
  • Working for a beautiful women’s fashion brand…. you will be the envy of all your friends!
  • Responsible for a high turnover, fast paced business

You will bring with you to the role:

  • 3-5 years experience as an area, cluster or store manager in fashion or apparel… this is essential
  • A people -focused management approach- this is a down to earth business who prides themselves on putting their team first
  • A passion for all things fashion!
  • Be keen to progress your career towards a cluster or area management role.
