- Are an experienced retail multi-site manager, ideally lead 10+ stores
- Are an experienced leader of large teams, who excels in coaching, supporting and stretching boundaries to achieve the results
- Love to exceed sales and KPI targets with a proven track record of success
- Enjoy analysing your business performance, identifying opportunities, actioning and monitoring the outcome
- Are operationally and visually sound, with exposure to high volume, large foot print and fast pace environments
- Are confident talking to people at all levels in the business, to influence, provide feedback and ultimately ensure your region is a top performer
