This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Regional Manager or National Manager to join a growing company.
Our client is looking for a senior retail operator to take charge of their retail operations across the country.
Reporting directly into the General Manager, you will oversee all New Zealand stores, driving sales results, opening new stores, while recruiting, training, succession planning and developing the retail team. What makes this job special is that you will be in control of the development and drive of the business strategies to increase sales and profit growth all while creating and maintaining their strong competitive position within the New Zealand market.
This is a small but expanding business and as a strategic thinker and experienced retailer, your ideas and suggestions around improving the retail operations will not only be heard but executed as well.
As with all national roles, there will be travel to the regional locations to execute your new strategies and facilitate the opening of new stores. This is a hands-on role and the beauty of that, is that you get to see the fruit of your labour first hand – All while being rewarded with an excellent remuneration package.
