As their new Australian Sales/Territory Manager, amongst other things you’ll be:
- Taking on the responsibility of implementing, testing and improving their fabulous business model
- Building supplier relationships, driving customer sales and overseeing and delivering an exceptional experience all round
- Meeting ‘real people’ face to face and converting qualified sales leads into new, impressed customers
- Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement – and working collaboratively with the New Zealand leadership team to make this vision a commercial reality
To be considered for this role you’ll ideally:
- Have experience in retail or franchise multi-site management, account or portfolio management – or other relevant experience
- Have brilliant relationship building skills and your approach to sales will be in the genuine interests of the customer
- Love the idea of being part of an incredible adventure and you’ll be motivated to make your mark
- Have an innovative mindset
- Have outstanding people and relationship management skills with the ability to negotiate, lead and influence others
