As their new regional manager your mission will include:
- Creating a strong and empowered management team
- Driving a culture that delights its customers
- Using your commercial acumen to identify areas of the business that could be improved on
- Working with the head office team (based in Auckland) to influence product and visual merchandising
- Being instrumental in the rolling out of new concept stores
