- Leading and inspiring a team of retailers (comes with the territory)
- Driving the performance of highly competent retail managers (they’ll see you as a business mentor)
- Ensuring all operational processes are delivered to company standards
- Overseeing and influencing aspects of visual merchandising
- Delivering results that meet expectations (they are high but achievable)
- Recruiting, building strong teams and succession planning
The ideal person for this position will be:
- Extremely capable, exceptionally confident
- Highly experienced in multi-site retail management on a large scale
- Commercially savvy and operationally solid
- Team focused and personally motivated to do an exceptional job!
