Working as part of a passionate and hands on team, your main responsibilities will be:
- To take full responsibility for the performance of the region
- To recruit, train and build positive strong teams of retailers
- To drive the performance of the retail businesses
- To provide strategic input to the senior management team
- To work closely with support office teams in the creation and implementation of better systems
- To oversee all operational aspects of your region.
