- Able to drive operational efficiencies across your region
- Identifying missed business opportunities and working with exec team and support teams to come up with new and better ways of doing things
- Taking a hands on approach to the business
- Leading the way when it comes to developing the potential of the people!
To be considered for this role you must:
- Hold Guru status when it comes to the training and development of people
- Be a genuine, passionate and down to earth retail leader
- Have a good depth of multi-site management experience
