Retail Performance Manager – why you might just love this role!
- This is a newly created roleto support all aspects of this growing business – you’ll be working closely with the CEO and the Head of Retail to make it your own!
- You’ll love the variety and scope – from designing sales methodology and processes, to owning the Learning and Development aspect of the business, to overseeing retail standards and growing the potential in others.
- You’ll be influencing and supporting teamsacross the business, from retail managers and sales people to leadership execs.

To be considered for this position you will ideally:
- Be a positive and down to earth person who is also incredibly commercially astute! (and a sales guru)
- You’ll be super tech savvy, happy to work your way around ERP system and interpret data so that it makes sense to others
- Love the idea of identifying opportunities and working out ways to maximise them
- Have had experience in a similar or leadership role within the retail sector, also confident in your ability to recruit great people
- Have excellent communication skills (you’ll be emotionally intelligent too)
- Be happy to roll up your sleeves and jump in with teams to make awesome things happen
