In this varied role you can expect to:
- Work with the senior execs and your team to set budgets and objectives for the business
- Identify and realise commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships that will add real value
- Mentor and coach regional managers to deliver on expectations, so that high performance environments are created
- Work with HR and other key stakeholders to ensure that ongoing professional development remains a priority
- Build strong and effective relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
