Retail Learning and Development Manager

This iconic Kiwi brand is going places and so could you!  With stores expanding internationally – its come time to create a role for a Learning and Development Manager!

This position will see you working closely with the General Manager to put a brilliant plan in place for the training and development of teams locally here in New Zealand in some of the sexiest shopping spots internationally.

You’ll get to design your own role and then progress your career as the business grows with your help.

This role will initially focus on driving consistency in onboarding and training and coaching retail teams across the brand.  Later you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of training and roadmaps that ensure people achieve their potential and that systems and processes are in place to support growth and future success!

To be considered for the role you must:

• Be absolutely passionate about L&D with a genuine interest in new trends and successful approaches
• Available to travel internationally to train teams and set up new businesses
• Have a good L&D experience and be excited of the prospect of stepping up into the fabulous role
• Have outstanding communication skills with a strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage others
