As their new Regional Sales Manager you will (amongst other things):
- Train business owners in all aspects of sales, technical and consultative service
- Support, coach and mentor business owners to exceed expectations
- Identify areas for improvement and gaps in performance and work with them to grow their businesses and make results more profitable
- Be part of a great support office team, committed to doing good things by their people and our plannet
To be considered for this position you must:
- Have previous experience as a retail regional or field sales manager
- Be technically minded as there are technical aspects to this role
- Be proactive, a strong leader with a great sense of humour
- Demonstrate the ability to work WITH people, co-operatively to achieve results
- Be commercially and financially savvy
- Enjoy a hands on role, establishing and building strong relationships with others
- Be exceptionally organised
