From great marketing initiatives, to strong processes and good success stories – this Franchise business supports it people.  They are currently searching for an experienced Franchise Area Manager who can drive and support the performance of business owners based mainly in Auckland.

This challenging role will see you:

  • Liaising with a national support office and business owners to achieve great results
  • Building relationships of value – mentoring and training business owners – supporting new franchisees and developing existing ones
  • Ensuring company standards are adhered to and that compliance is consistent through the region
  • Driving sales and sharing best practice across the network
  • Reviewing financial statements, advising and working to maximise profit
  • Supporting and maximising community marketing initiatives
  • and so much more!

To be considered for this role you must be an experienced regional manager and have ideally had exposure to franchise operation. A strong work ethic, a great sense of humour, the ability to walk your talk and to build strong relationships are absolutely essential to your success in this role!
