This challenging role will see you:
- Liaising with a national support office and business owners to achieve great results
- Building relationships of value – mentoring and training business owners – supporting new franchisees and developing existing ones
- Ensuring company standards are adhered to and that compliance is consistent through the region
- Driving sales and sharing best practice across the network
- Reviewing financial statements, advising and working to maximise profit
- Supporting and maximising community marketing initiatives
- and so much more!
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced regional manager and have ideally had exposure to franchise operation. A strong work ethic, a great sense of humour, the ability to walk your talk and to build strong relationships are absolutely essential to your success in this role!
