You’ll be the expert! An expert when it comes to POS systems, an expert when it comes to supporting business owners to be their best and definitely an expert when it comes to building strong and effective relationships with suppliers!
This growing Kiwi retail business, has created a role to ensure to that their network is well supported and on track when it comes to taking care of its people and its data integrity!
You’ll be able to work autonomously (as part of a down to earth team) to:
- Build a stronger relationship with the POS supplier to ensure that your business has the edge
- Identify opportunities for improvement – be it with the system, training, or support
- Work closely with the Exec team on new projects and initiatives
- Provide support to the network and resolving problems
- Ensure that transaction data is of the highest integrity
- and much more!
To be considered for this role you will ideally:
- Be confident that your SQL query skills are at entry to intermediate level
- Have excellent communication skills and definitely be a team player!
- Have at lease intermediate Excel skills
- (In our dream world) have had exposure to working with POS Perfect or a similar application (but not necessary)
