This role would suit a confident retailer and an independent person! Somebody who loves the idea of taking a business to a whole new level!
Its an international business with a medium sized retail chain here in New Zealand and a small distribution centre – you would be in charge of the New Zealand operation.
As you probably already guessed – your key focuses will be:
- Maximising the performance of the retail stores
- Building strong relationships with internal and external suppliers
- Training and mentoring team members
You’ll need to be a real leader and highly capable, you’ll have a great sense of humour and a sharp business mind! You’ll be a brilliant communicator with extensive retail experience – and most of all – you just know you’ll thrive being in charge!
