As their new National Retail Manager – accountable for the full performance of the retail chain – you role will include:
- Working with the directors of the business and the executive team to ensure this business retains its clear edge.
- Working with senior managers to ensure that they are well resourced and living the values
- Ensuring that business and people potential is realised
Ideally you will:
- Be genuine, down to earth, super savvy and definitely ambitious!
- Have a proven ability to inspire teams and to develop potential
- Be a total retail geek with an absolute passion for what you do
- Have had a exposure to working in a fashion focused business
- Have outstanding communication skills
- Love the idea of having exposure to and influencing all aspects of a retail support office
