If you are currently in a flagship or cluster managers role and you are keen to step up – this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Our client is a high fashion label and they are looking for an experienced fashion retailer to support the stores nationwide.

Based out of an Auckland store, you will be responsible for supporting the other stores across the country with their sales, team management, rosters, visual merchandising and professional development.

There is an admin day allocated to you to spend in head office to get all of your regions paperwork and conference calls completed and then the rest of the time you will be driving the region from your store with store visits to the other businesses when they need your support.

To be a superstar in this role, you will be:

  • A fashion guru with a keen eye for trends and personal styling
  • Able to coordinate and manage events
  • An exceptional seller! You can work a VIP like a pro
  • Great at coaching and developing a team
  • An excellent communicator- you will be able to support your stores via the phone and on email
  • An experienced manager within fashion retail. This is essential.
