The Role:
- As a key member of the Senior Leader Leadership team – you’ll be accountable for the performance of the stores.
- You’ll be working closely with the marketing manager to identify and drive great business opportunities
- You’ll be sharing your wonderful ideas to make this business even more successful!
- You’ll be reviewing store processes to make sure that customers are absolutely delighted and then implementing new ways of doing things better!
- You’ll be coaching and mentoring store managers to be their potential and to lead their teams well.
