Having recently entered the New Zealand market – plans for growth are being realised and within their local support office is the need for a strong Retail Operations Manager.
Reporting directly to the General Manager you could soon be:
- Directly managing a portfolio of retail stores
- Coaching, mentoring and supporting other Area Managers
- Identifying real talent within the business and working to put strong people development plans in place
- Working with the GM and exec team to strategically drive growth
- Identifying and implementing new and necessary systems and procedures to support a more efficient and results focused business
- and much more
To be considered for this position you will have excelled in a similar position previously or be confident in your ability to step up. You will ideally have had exposure to managing a high volume retail business with experience in driving consultative sales results.
A down to earth and hands on approach is essential as is your genuine interest in working with people to grow potential.
