As their new National Operations Manager you will:
- Be training and mentoring their managers – working with them to grow their commercial skills
- Helping to grow the business through corporate relationships and marketing initiatives
- Reviewing the current structure of the business and making recommendations for improvements
- Bringing growth plans and objectives into a reality
- Hiring teams
