This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced retail leader who can engage, coach and support the retail teams to deliver on all business goals.

Our Client is a well-established national retail company. They are a highly focused close knit team of retailers who are operating out of Christchurch. They pride themselves on being market leaders with a real edge, this team is continuously sourcing new products from around the world to complement the New Zealand lifestyle no matter what the style or budget.

Soon you could be:

  • Leading and inspiring the retail operations team, including an area manager, in developing and carrying out all business plans
  • Managing all stores across the business with more to come in 2017
  • Creating/managing/ and achieving all sales targets, managing expenditure
  • Overseeing and managing all store fit outs, running all aspects of the HR and recruitment at store level
  • Managing monthly audits as well as maintaining all company manuals.

This role is suitable for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated individual, who wishes to make their mark on a growing, well established company. You definitely won’t be a wallflower, you’ll be someone who rolls up their sleeves, wants to make a difference and stands out in the crowd.

To be successful for this role you must have the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in Retail Regional and or National management level within a successful retail environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Confidence and the ability to be professional and to relate to people on all levels.
  • Highly developed organisational skills, including the ability to delegate, meet deadlines, with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
  • A clean Driver’s License with the ability to travel nationally
  • Great planning and problem solving skills.!
