Jobs like this one don’t come up in Christchurch very often….this is an exciting opportunity for a senior Regional Manager or National Manager to join a growing company as their Group Retail Manager. Our client is looking for a senior retail operator to take charge of their retail operations across the country.
Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will oversee all New Zealand stores, driving sales results while recruiting, training, succession planning and developing the retail team. This is a small but expanding business which is currently experiencing exciting growth. As a strategic thinker and experienced retailer, your ideas and suggestions around improving the retail operations will not only be heard but executed as well.
As with all national roles, there will be travel to the regional locations, however this supportive company believes in a work-life balance so you will never get to know the air-hostesses on a first name basis!
