This leadership position reports directly to the Merchandise Manager and is responsible for managing a small team.  It is a diverse role that will see you challenged and perfectly positioned to make a positive impact on an already very successful organization.

The Merchandise Manager is clear that this is down to earth, supportive and productive team and that this role would suit a confident leader with a good sense of humor who loves the idea of working in a strong team environment.  Your ability to create, build and maintain strong relationships across the business and with external suppliers will be absolutely key to your success in this role!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping to build, drive and interpret strategy
• Contributing to the setting of budgets
• Controlling stock and purchases
• Supporting range building and planning
• Improving existing processes and implementing best practice
• Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maximize business potential
• Managing OTB and markdowns
• Providing and analysing reports and recommendations
