If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have experience in security or a similar role in retail then we have an exciting management opportunity for you.
Based in store, you will be responsible for ensuring the prevention of stock loss for a big box retailer. No two days will ever be the same!
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Investigating and identifying stock loss
- Implement strategies to prevent theft
- Analyse security cameras to identify and predict suspicious behavior
- Complete action plans
- Manage a team
- Execute health and safety plans
- Uncover internal theft
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in either a security role or a similar loss prevention role
- Have an excellent understanding of inventory management
- Excellent customer service skills
- An eagerness to progress your career
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
