The role will include but not be limited to:

  • Arranging customs clearance and communication with HQ production teams
  • Organise the import planning and budget control for arrival by sea and air
  • Deal with all import related issues
  • Working with the other departments in the DC around cargo planning
  • Securing contracts and performance of service providers
  • Monitor and maintain the shipping statistics both locally and abroad

To be successful with your application for this role, you will have:

  • Experience in IMPEX: Import and Export. This is essential for the role and applicants without this experience won’t be considered
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Very strong organisation and time management skills
  • A passion for career progression and the ability to develop into a management role
