To be considered for this position you will:

• Most importantly be absolutely passionate about L&D
• Have had a year or two in professional services with exposure to L&D, perhaps having worked in retail at some point or at least totally love shopping!
• Be down to earth, genuine and authentic
• Be confident in your ability to write a little and facilitate a lot of training (You don’t have to know it all – you just need to be willing to learn it all)
