As their new Head of Finance and Operations, you’ll also:
- Own all financial requirements – you’ll be on a mission to support the business to deliver sustainable profitability
- Be driving strategic direction
- Be developing operating budgets and providing real-time financial information to teams
- Be responsible for operational and supply chain functions – mentoring operations retail, inbound, outbound leaders and teams
- Be working to ensure that all supplier relationships drive strong results
- Be leading and overseeing IT and HR functions
