This role will see you working with the Chief Operating Officer, implementing HR activities, discussing strategy and providing expert advice on all aspects of HR.
Located in beautiful offices with gorgeous sea views, this award winning business is at a stage where a review of HR systems and processes is necessary. With new legislation coming into effect soon, its important that strong practices are in place.
From educating managers on best practice, to supporting them on disciplinary processes and performance issues, this role will ensure that you have the chance to use your depth of experience and great skill set to make a real difference.
Your strong organisational skills, outstanding communication ability and commercial acumen will stand you in good stead to make your mark on this global business.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
