To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally:
- You’ll have a good depth of experience in a similar role – confident in your ability to negotiate, trade and make a positive impact across things like ranging, categories, pricing etc
- Be an exceptionally strong leader with the ability to nurture and grow a talented team
- Be systems orientated – excited about the prospect of building even stronger foundations to support future growth
- Be a genuine and down to earth person with a strong work ethic and the ability to connect with a diverse range of people
- Have experience working in fast paced retail or FMCG
