As their new General Manager of Sales and Marketing, your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the CEO and exec team to increase revenue and to take this business to where it is going!
- Truly leading, inspiring and developing a talented team.
- Overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive business development initiatives and strategies including sales, marketing and operations.
- Overseeing and inspiring the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing, promotional activity and pricing strategies
- Ensuring day to day operations are efficient and optimised
- Working on special projects
- Identifying, optimising and implementing new opportunities for growth and success
- Budgeting and financial planning and management

To be considered for this role you will ideally:
- Have senior level experience running a multi-unit business or national retail operation, including all function from sales and marketing through to delivery
- Be an exceptional sales and performance leader, with the ability to see and grow the potential in people and business
- Be an outstanding communicator, a hands on team-player with the ability to get the job done!
- Be commercially astute, proactive and motivated to deliver extraordinary results
- Be adaptable and solutions orientated with high integrity
