As their new Financial Controller, as well as taking responsibility for general FC tasks across multiple business units you’ll also be:
- Reporting directly to the CEO
- Providing financial leadership across the business and to your direct team
- Providing relevant and accurate reporting to the exec team and the board
- Instrumental in investments, insurance, budgeting, cash management, developing and driving financial strategy
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for greater efficiency and process improvement
- Developing operating budgets and providing real-time financial information to teams
- Overseeing all day to day accounting
- Partaking in merger and acquisition activity
To be considered for this role you’ll ideally:
- Love the idea of creating your own role!

- Have previous experience as a financial controller
- Be CA qualified, results focused and love applying your commercial acumen to add real value
- Have outstanding communication skills and be a genuine team player
- (previous exposure to a manufacturing or product based business would be great!)
