Not only will you be working to develop the potential in your team – you will be working closely with the senior management team to ensure that customers and team members are absolutely delighted!
Your new position will involve:
- Recruiting absolute stars!
- Managing all commercial aspects of the business
- Training and developing a retail team
- Overseeing the simply beautiful merchandising standards
- Liaising with your support office team in regards to stock, new initiatives and strategy for your region
- To be considered for this position you must either have multi-site management experience or department store management experience.
