To be considered for this position its important that you:
- Have had previous large format management or traditional multi-site management experience
- Have very down to earth and hands on approach to leadership
- Are commercially astute and have the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
