This company is searching for a dynamic, motivated and very energetic country manager to manage the New Zealand business.  It’s a business well known for progressing their people and careers have flourished here in New Zealand and overseas too!

It’s going to be a busy role full of variety that will see you:

  • Coaching and mentoring two Area Managers and 15+ Store Managers to achieve brilliant sales results – with many more stores to come!
  • Recruiting, developing and building a strong NZ team culture
  • Supporting your teams to deliver outstanding customer service levels
  • Taking care of retail operations so that your teams can excel at what they do best
  • Liaising with Australia to ensure the NZ business is fully maximised from an internal and external perspective
  • Driving marketing, product and promotional tactics for the NZ business
  • Building strong relationships with your key stakeholders in NZ and Australia
  • Identify new store sites and brand opportunities to further increase market awareness

The perfect retailer for this position will bring previous Country or Senior Regional Management experience, ideally from a fashion retail environment.
