Are you a regional manager who is sick of travelling but still wants to lead and develop a team of 80-100 people? This is your opportunity to no longer live out of a suitcase but still have a challenging and rewarding retail career.

Our Big Box national client is looking for the next store manager to join their business. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior regional manager or someone who has big box management experience.

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Managing a large team, including; training, development, performance management, ER issues and succession planning
  • Driving the stores performance and results
  • Managing the inventory and stock
  • Overseeing and approving all rosters and managing the stores wage control and overheads budget
  • Identifying and developing future leaders in the business
  • Managing the PNL’s and all sales reports
