Our Big Box national client is looking for the next store manager to join their business. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior regional manager or someone who has big box management experience.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Managing a large team, including; training, development, performance management, ER issues and succession planning
- Driving the stores performance and results
- Managing the inventory and stock
- Overseeing and approving all rosters and managing the stores wage control and overheads budget
- Identifying and developing future leaders in the business
- Managing the PNL’s and all sales reports
