Calling all area and regional managers in New Zealand! This is a fantastic opportunity to jump on board with a rapidly expanding business and take on a newly created area management role.
Depending on the candidate, you will be managing anywhere from 5 to 9 stores, all in Auckland! If you are currently travelling on a weekly basis and have had enough of living out of a suitcase then this is an ideal opportunity for you. As the Auckland Area Manager, all of your stores will be in driving distance!! The only travel required will be to annual conferences in Australia…..
This retailer is leading the market in fast fashion and taking over New Zealand. To be considered for this role, you must come from a high volume, high turnover business and be able to handle the demanding pace required ti be successful.
About the role….
- Driving SALES is the number one focus! You will be responsible for the performance of all the stores in your area and you will do whatever it takes to achieve budget
- Manage all of the store operations for your area. Including; stock management, visual merchandising, stocktakes, rosters and wage control.
- Lead and inspire your team
- Coach and develop your team- this business is all about progression from within and you will know how to cultivate the future leaders of the business!

- You will have experience working in area or regional management for a fast fashion retailer or in a large format environment
- You have a can-do attitude and know how to just get the job done
- You work at PACE! You love a challenge and will do whatever it takes for your stores to make budget and be successful

You will be rewarded with a fantastic salary package, paying between 65k+ 75k base with a car allowance, bonuses and tools of the trade.
