They are currently searching for a sales driven and confident candidate with previous exposure to the retail sector to take on the role of Sales Manager. Reporting to a highly experienced General Manager in Auckland, this role will see you building strong relationships with high end luxury brands, collaboratively working to develop fashionable ranges at a store level and successfully leading a consultative sales team.

- Identifying areas for growth within your product portfolio and deciding on strategies to achieve that
- Developing, training and coaching your sales team
- Forecasting trends, analysing performance and developing future ranges
- Achieving profitable outcomes and managing inventory effectively

- Ensuring your product portfolio is consistently presented to a world class standard

- Must have had exposure to working in the retail sector as a multi-site, regional or area manager
- Be an outstanding communicator, with the ability to build relationships at all levels with all types of people
- Must be confident in managing a team of ‘sales stars’- who already deliver excellent results by working with them to develop their potential
- Will enjoy working autonomously to get the job done!
- Will be commercially astute with a high level of energy and drive
