This role will see you:
- Working closely with the internationally based General Manager to drive strategy and results
- Taking full accountability for sales, wages and shrinkage targets across the business in New Zealand
- Hiring and mentoring your retail teams to achieve great things
- Understanding your customer profile and your competitors to ensure that you maximise all local opportunities
- Overseeing all stock management, logistics and visual merchandising
- Being accountable for all aspects of HR with the support of HR experts based internationally.
To be considered for this role – you must love the idea of working for a top fashion retailer and have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills and previous experience in a multi-site management position.
