This well established fashion retailer, with strong foundations in place – is growing even stronger under the leadership of a talented executive team. Its a business that is driven by its retail arm – influenced by the people who are at the cold face of business in New Zealand! Thriving on high streets and in shopping malls, this company are holding it’s niche whilst pleasantly surprising its customers and teams season after season!
We are currently working with them to identify an exceptional retail regional manager for an absolutely key region based in Auckland.
This role will see you:
- Working independently and astutely to manage the P&L of the region
- Enjoying the opportunity to gain exposure to areas of a business seldom revealed to regional managers
- Mentoring, training and coaching aspiring leaders and top performers
- Influencing and contributing to support office teams in terms of design, marketing and customer initiatives
- Working closely with the head of retail to identify opportunities in the market and the business and to drive success
- Being part of a community initiative that truly makes a difference!
