- Working with the Australian exec team to identify and secure good retail sites for new stores
- Interviewing, recruiting and training a team of exceptional retailers to drive the brand forward
- Giving input into and advising on product selection, marketing initiatives and team structures
- Involved in setting the strategy for the New Zealand business
- Building the foundations for a strong and successful brand and driving future growth plans and objectives
