To be considered for this role you will ideally:

- Be commercially astute with ability to identify gaps and opportunities
- Have excellent communication skills and a down to earth and hands-on approach
- Have had previous experience to a multi-site management role in either retail or hospitality
- Have had exposure to a franchise business
