Your chance to take charge of the country and lead this business forward.  This business has an impressive number of stores in its portfolio and they don’t plan to stop there!  They are a large format, fast pace, high volume retailer who prides itself in amazing customer experience and who are absolute experts in their field.  They are looking for an experienced National or Regional Manager who has had exposure to large format environments, ideally FMCG experience, hands on leadership style, a strong understanding of New Zealand people and performance management.

In this role you will be:

  • Driving results and identifying new opportunities to maximise the business
  • Contributing your strategic input
  • Using your leadership skills to create a productive team
  • Training existing teams on how to run a business, Upskilling them with regards to P&L’s, staff management and customer service
