This challenging role will see you working for one of the most dynamic businesses in or market place! They pretty much own the market and will stop at nothing to grow from strength to greater strength both here and internationally. (they are great at what they do!)
They supply their product to the New Zealand retail channel and have outstanding relationships with some of our most successful retail brands. They are currently searching for a sales driven and confident candidate with exposure to the retail sector to take on the role of Sales Manager.
This position will see you:
- Developing, training and coaching key players across the retail channel
- Building relationships with retail executives, identifying areas for growth within their businesses and working on strategies to achieve that.
- Managing and mentoring a team of area managers whose responsibility it is train retailers on products and how to sell them
- Initiating, developing and communicating sales and marketing initiatives
- Financial reporting

To be considered for this top role you:
- Must have had exposure to working in the retail sector as a multi-site, regional or area manager
- Be an outstanding communicator, with the ability to build relationships at all levels with all types of people
- Must be confident in managing a team of ‘rock stars’ – who already deliver excellent results by working with them to develop their potential
- Will enjoy working autonomously to get the job done!
- Will be commercially astute with a great sense of humour and a ridiculous amount of energy and drive.
