You will be working closely with retail managers and retail teams to drive a customer service focused culture where a consultative approach is what gives them the edge in a competitive retail market.
On a daily basis you will be:
- Coaching business leaders to improve profit and sales results
- Analysing results and identifying areas of missed opportunity
- Implementing and training on company initiatives
- Working with managers to develop the potential of their teams
- Liaising with key suppliers
- Organising and driving promotional events

To be considered for this position you must:
- Be extremely energetic with a genuine passion for retail
- Be analytical and commercially astute
- Have some retail multi-site management experience
- Be a strong and inspirational leader
- Have a down to earth and hands on approach to training
